After exciting months of development, we are proud to announce that we brought 3D printing for high temperature polymers such as PEEK, PEAK, PEI to a novel production level. Our printers are running 24/7 and we are able to print parts 300 x 300 mm with tolerances <<1 mm.
Digitalization and data driven
Due to our data driven approach, we are able to provide a constant quality and repeatability of the printed parts. All printers are equipped with additional sensors and constantly monitored and controlled by our own developed production AI.
Wide range of applications
Pure PEEK or PEEK composites are suitable for high temperature applications up to 300°C. The plastics provide a light weight as well as a unique thermal capacity and resistance. Therefore, it can be used for different kind of soldering applications such as hot plates, fixtures, jigs and carriers. Of course, other thermal processes are possible, too.
We can improve your application
Many customers are already using our solutions for rework stations, temperature profiling, hot plates and other manufacturing processes. Due to its outstanding thermal cycling capability, 3D printed PEEK can be an alternative for metal alloys and plastics as well.
